It's been, what, days since our last update about Dominique Strauss-Kahn, the former IMF head accused of trying to rape a hotel maid in a Times Square hotel. And that update was about how his ex-mistress said he is "a man who loves sex, who has a huge sexual appetite." Now, a French publication claims that Air France, the carrier Strauss-Kahn was removed from by the Port Authority police, had ordered a male-only crew because of Strauss-Kahn's previous run-ins with the female crew.

Jets Will Hold Flight Crew Tryouts!
The Jets are apparently looking for some new cheerleaders to fill their new stadium. Starting May 1, the New York Jets will be holding tryouts for their Flight Crew cheerleading squad. Competition is tough, as even the 30 current cheerleaders have to audition again after the preliminary round. Crew coach Denise Garvey says she's looking for beautiful and smart dancers, who must be at least 18 and have a high school diploma or G.E.D. (no jailbait here).
American Flight to LaGuardia Cancelled Over Booing
An American Airlines flight from Miami to LaGuardia Sunday night was canceled due to the passengers' collective rudeness. Fox 5 has it that a flight crew was so late getting to the plane that upon arrival they were greeted with raucous booing from the impatient passengers. So the crew decided to teach the rabble a lesson in manners and refused to work the flight for the “hostile mob.”
Jet Blue Staff-Punching Lady Released from Jail
The Queens woman who is accused of verbally abusing and punching Jet Blue flight attendants during a flight from NYC to San Francisco was released on bail yesterday. Christina Szele was allegedly drunk and caught the crew's--and fellow passengers'--attention when she lit a cigarette on the plan. She had been in a Denver jail for the past week and a half; 1010 WINS reported, "The magistrate who set her bail ordered her not to travel on planes or drink alcohol."
