So now that Anthony Weiner has cast off the shackles of public office, and the tug-of-war for control of his old district has begun, what will the former Congressman do next? He may not be speaking at Brooklyn Technical High School graduation tonight, but he has already gotten a couple of tantalizing job offers: Entourage creator Doug Ellin has asked Weiner to cameo as himself on the final season of the HBO show. And Hustler impresario Larry Flynt very sincerely offered Weiner a high-paid position in the Internet group of Flynt Management Group. Just like he did with Carl Paladino!

Don Peppe Is Coming To Manhattan, Entourage
Don Peppe, the much-loved Italian restaurant which has been on Lefferts Boulevard since 1968, is about to have a very busy year. Not only will it be a major part of the final season of Entourage, in which Turtle will try to open a Hollywood outpost, but its owners are also plotting a real second outpost in Lower Manhattan.
Caption It: Bloomberg Sends Entourage DVDs To Vets
As part of his AFC Championship Jets/Steelers bet with Pittsburgh Mayor Luke Ravenstahl, Mayor Bloomberg agreed to hoist the Steelers' "Terrible Towel" on a NYC landmark, and assemble care packages for soldiers who are back from overseas, while wearing a Steelers jersey. And the Mayor did so yesterday, donning a black Hines Ward uniform while putting the packages together...then we noticed what he was packaging: season six DVDs of Entourage.
Rapper's Pal In Embarrassing Midtown Robbery
Pot-friendly rapper Wiz Khalifa has a very bright future ahead according to some outlets, but he may want to think about upgrading his entourage. One of the member's of his crew was conned out of $750, his cell phone, and his bling in Times Square yesterday. Because what else would happen at 5 a.m. in Times Square?
Jeremy Piven Sushi Saga: Deluxe Final Edition
Someone slipped the 44-page ruling in the Jeremy Piven sushi saga to the Times, and it's a must-read for the Piven completist. You'll recall (because we wouldn't let you forget) that last December the Smokin' Aces star abruptly quit the Broadway production of Speed-the-Plow, claiming that excessive seafood consumption—not excessive partying—had left him exhausted with "dangerously high" mercury levels. But we never found out exactly what unfolded during the emotional, three-day arbitration hearing in June. Until now.
Entourage Infiltrates Queens
Yesterday the HBO series Entourage, featuring friend of Gothamist Adrian Grenier, was filming in Queens (in the show, Vincent Chase & Co. are all childhood friends from the borough). Reportedly there was a neighborhood tot screaming and being calmed down by a PA, a slew of fans, a couple paparazzi, and Grenier was graciously giving the fans some face time. Even Kevin Connolly was on hand, despite police wanting to question him about a fight involving his pal Chris Paciello (Brooklyn-mobster-turned-Miami-club-king).
