Later on we'll be posting our CMJ Awards (we're thinking of giving Kanye one, since he never wins anything)...but for now we wanted to take a look back at the four long days of shows we held at Gothamist House.

A look at some noteworthy television this week:

Last night, former mayor Rudy Giuliani had his NYC fundraiser at the Sheraton. The theme was baseball, and guests paid $2,300-a-plate to eat Crackerjack, ice cream and hot dogs. (Maybe there were other things; the entire menu was not disclosed.) The Post reports that Giuliani stood before a faux-Yankee Stadium backdrop and said, "I think we make a mistake when we call it the war on terror, because it is their war on us... I have come face to face with America's soul, and I have been sustained by it - I got through Sept. 11 not because of me, but because of other people."

Gawker dissects the shell game that would be the business of publishing bloggers. But, getting to brass tacks, what's next, blogger reality tour buses ("That's where Felix Salmon lives!" "That's where Peter Rojas gets tea!") of the Lower East Side, "Blogger Eye for the Unwired Guy?," high concept movies about bloggers ("Imagine Die Hard without Euro terrorists or guns: Just kids with computers whose loss of Wi-Fi and DSL make them go John McClane on ISP providers...so, it'll be like The Net, without Dennis Miller sullying it up, and while it may only do $40 million domestic, ancillary should be good."), blogger tips to journalists on how to be snarky and unsubstaniated?

In an interview with Time, Dennis Miller gives this take on the current Weekend Update team:

Gothamist is restraining itself from cracking a joke about how these rats are more expensive than the hookers Bay probably... oh, that's not restraint.
