Yesterday, police arrested a 19-year-old Bronx man for allegedly threatening to blow up Penn Station and other transit hubs. And it turns out Jonathan Avalos is no stranger to the NYPD or making threats: He was arrested last year for threatening to kill President Obama and Police Commissioner Kelly.

Yelling Chef Marc Forgione: I'm Not a Psycho Bully!
Yesterday the talented young chef Marc Forgione (son of Larry) was tossed into the center of a classic blog shitstorm after a NY Times columnist wrote about getting ejected from his restaurant after he barged into Forgione's kitchen to tell him to stop yelling at an employee. Knicks Trade "Joke" Scares Phoenix Player
Some L.A. Lakers fan (we assume) came up with a brilliant plan to psych out Phoenix Suns guard Leandro Barbosa last week. Barbosa fell victim to a hoax where his hotel gave him a message saying that Suns GM Steve Kerr wanted to meet him to discuss a trade to the New York Knicks. Jeez, that's maybe the meanest prank call we've ever heard!
NY1 Reporter Canned After Crank Call to "The Call"
What a bad idea: NY1 reporter Gary Anthony Ramsay apparently made a crank call to his station's live call-in program, "The Call," and now he's fired. The Daily News reports that Ramsay's crank call revealed his opinions about former police commissioner Bernard Kerik. A NY1 spokesperson told the News that the journalist who logged 15 years at the cable station "left New York 1 to pursue other options," but NY1 sources "said Ramsay committed journalistic...
