The Daily News reports that when a rookie cop realized he'd been hit while patrolling a Bed-Stuy housing project, he and his partner decided to check out an apartment with an open window: "Inside the apartment, they found 15 people, a Crosman BB gun, an unloaded .358 Magnum, ammunition and crack cocaine...Elliot Allen, 22, admitted he fired the BB gun, claiming he wasn't aiming at anyone.
