Talkitect reports about a South Korean development plan, "Yongsan Dream Hub corporation presented today the MVRDV designed residential development of the Yongsan Business district: two connected luxury residential high-rises. A 260 meter tall tower and a 300 meter tall tower are connected in the centre by a pixelated cloud of additional program offering amenities and outside spaces with wide views." However, Gawker notices that it bears an eerie resemblance to, well, the World Trade Center's Twin Towers during 9/11 (disturbing images): "AAAAAGH! YOU HAVE ERECTED A TERRIFYING MONUMENT TO THE NIGHTMARES OF 9/11!!!"

"I'm Like A Unicorn": Brooklynite Discusses Gmail Data Loss
Tens of thousands Gmail users found their accounts were, well, missing today in what Google calls an issue that affected "less than 0.02%" of its user base." The issue was noted by the tech giant yesterday at 3 p.m., and there hasn't been an update on the Google Dashboard since 10 p.m. What are the afflicted doing? Well, one Brooklyn woman is getting sympathy from her coworkers—not to mention amazement from her friends, "I'm like a unicorn. They're like 'wow, you're one of the people.' I feel like I won the unlucky lottery or something."
Street Art in the Air!
Earlier this morning Will Sherman of Animal alerted us that he spotted a C-L-O-U-D cloud in the sky, but said, "I popped inside for 5 minutes and it basically disappeared." Such is the fleeting nature of sky art. That's right, street art was taken to a higher altitude this morning by Ron English. There's no escaping it now. Enjoy!
Day After The Storm: Tornado Did Hit NJ
It's such a pretty day today that it's a little hard to believe that yesterday was practically apocalyptic with the big afternoon-into-evening thunderstorms. Now the National Weather Service has confirmed that the funnel cloud seen in Wantage, NJ did touch the ground and is in fact a tornado. According to WCBS 2, there was a lot of havoc from the tornado, whose winds were up to 120 mph: "Officials say an EF2 tornado tore through the town of Wantage, ripping roofs of some houses, destroying barns, and causing extensive damage to roadways in its path... Two barns were ripped apart; their walls tossed around like pieces of paper. Then there was the silo that tumbled like it was a toy. The silo was made with about 40 tons of concrete and steel all meshed together."

Thank you to everyone who shared their pictures—we apologize that we couldn't put them all up (we did get a lot!).
