The fallout continues from tween pop star Justin Bieber's chaotic Friday appearance at a Long Island mall. Record executive James Roppo was charged with "endangering the welfare of a child, obstruction of governmental administration, reckless endangerment and criminal nuisance"—Newsday reports, "Nassau police said James A. Roppo's failure to send out a Twitter message to disperse the hordes resulted in an officer and others receiving minor injuries."

              

Here are some more photographs of the wonderfully chaotic public art event, Those About to Die Salute You, at the Queens Museum of Art. Conceived by artist Duke Riley, we noted yesterday that the event was a Roman-themed naval battle that also involved tomato throwing, baguette battles, watermelon cannon balls, warriors in togas and other museums—the Brooklyn Museum, El Museo del Barrio and the Bronx Museum of the Arts. Oh, and the madness did make the Queens Museum's director a little nervous.

The Sex and the City movie is causing more trouble today, officially making it as controversial as "a Taliban recruitment video," at least according to Jeffrey Wells's scathing review.

Another sunny spring day is in store for today. The high should be around 75 degrees. For you night people there's a tiny chance of a shower after midnight as an extremely week cold front crosses the region. All will be sunny by tomorrow and slighly drier air will allow the high to approach 80. Although Friday will be cooler, it is still expected to be another sunny day.
