Last week we mentioned that Brendan Keefe, late of WCBS, is now and anchor at the ABC affiliate in Cincinnati, WCPO. He started this week and he revealed to the Cincinnati Post some of his reasons for leaving New York for Ohio. He told the paper, "We wanted a place to raise a family that we could call home for a long time."

WABC 7 reported a big water main break in the Longwood section of the Bronx, and when the chopper showed footage, it looked crazy times at Third Avenue and East 156th Street. A huge gaping hole in the middle of the street with water gushing from it, with cars parked nearby in the middle of a couple of feet of water!

on Wednesday. While that sounds juicy, it's not quite dramatic. Brendan Keefe was covering a Queens water main break and standing in the middle of the street. Here's their alleged exchange:

"Sir, get out of the street," the officers told Brendan Keefe over a loudspeaker in East Elmhurst, a source said.
