24-year-old Lily Shang is in the midst of a heated divorce from investment banker David Rucker, and it looks like things could even hotter. Shang has filed a motion asking a judge to stop Rucker from releasing sex tapes the couple made in their swank Battery Park City apartment. According to Shang, Rucker is threatening to post the videos on the Internet if she doesn't agree to a lowball settlement. She says he's promised to edit himself out so that it's just Shang, which works for us.

Lawyer Arrested After Internet Blackmail Sex Scheme Goes Wrong
All tax attorney Steven Klig (allegedly!) wanted was that special feeling of empowerment that comes from blackmailing an ex-lover into sending naked photographs of herself. But then she had to ruin everything by blabbing to the FBI about his demanding e-mails, in which he threatened to post a scandalous video montage of their sexual encounters on the Internet. One such email was (allegedly!) sent while the 44-year-old Klig—a partner at finance giant Deloitte—was vacationing with his family at Disney World. (Which, to be fair, can make one creepily horny.) The e-mail, obtained by the Post, goes a little something like, "Just to give you a head's up. I've been doing a little editing on our video. Mostly some blurring of myself so that I won't be recognized. You, on the other hand, can be seen very clearly having the time of your life being f---ed by me." After an investigation, Klig was arrested Monday and charged with extortion, harassment, and generally acting (allegedly!) like a world class scumbag.
Coughlin Sexploiter a Real Bonehead
A friend described Herbert Simpson, the 30-year-old man nabbed for trying to blackmail Giants coach Tom Coughlin as "slow" and that he was "surprised he could mastermind a plot." Simpson is painted in today's NY Post as an an "overweight, awkward homebody, who lives with his mother." He was arrested Thursday for sending letters to Coughlin pretending to be two women who were former co-workers of Simpson's and would "expose a fictional sexual encounter with Coughlin" if they did not receive $50,000. The two former female co-workers were able to identify the handwriting as that of Simpson, who they said had written threatening letters to others in the past. Simpson is out on bail and has been ordered to undergo a mental evaluation.
