Just after 5:30 p.m., some scaffolding outside a building at 7th Avenue and 12th Street In Park Slope collapsed. According to City Room, "A worker was killed, and two others were lightly injured, in an accident at an apartment building in Park Slope, Brooklyn, that is undergoing renovation work, the authorities said... The accident occurred at the Ansonia, a former clock factory that has been converted by various developers into residential apartments.
