Because the Department of Transportation is changing alternate side of the street parking rules (the streets will be cleaned just once a week, versus twice), parking rules will be suspended as the signs are being changed out. Which will take 6-8 weeks. One resident said, "I heard about it a while ago, and I've been waiting on this religiously. I'm thrilled it's finally happening."
