Mayor Bloomberg is a Valentine's Day baby—he was born on February 14, 1942—and he's loving all your birthday wishes. The Wall Street Journal give him the birthday/"you're old" treatment today: "Michael Rubens Bloomberg took the oath of office as New York City's 108th mayor when he was 59 years old. He turns 70 on Tuesday, and if he finishes his third term as expected next year, he would be the oldest serving mayor since the five boroughs were consolidated in 1898."

Case Dismissed Against Photographer Who Took "X-Rated" Pic Of 15-Yr-Old Model
Last year Urban Outfitters and photographer Jason Lee Parry got into some trouble after a 15-year-old model named Hailey Clauson was featured in an "X-rated" print on a t-shirt sold in the store. Parry was the photographer, and the model's parent's filed a lawsuit against him and the retailer in Manhattan Federal Court. Yesterday, about six months after filing, a Manhattan federal judge dismissed the $28 million suit, at least against Parry, who the judge said “is not subject to jurisdiction under New York law." According to the NY Post, this is because the photo was shot in California. Urban Outfitters, however, remains a defendant in the case. At the time, Blood is the New Black (who made the shirt in question), told us:
NYC's Oldest Old Lady Dies at 111
NYC’s oldest citizen died yesterday, after telling the Post last month, she “wouldn’t want to do this again.” In her 111 years, Jane Gilsenan, known as Jenny to friends, lived through the Depression, saw her brothers fight in WWII and—most amazingly—paid $16/ month in rent on the Upper West Side! Aging experts are baffled by Gilsenan and her fellow centenarians. One said she “inherited a lucky set of genes” just like her mother who lived to be 99 and her older sister who died at 102. Besides daily doses of vitamins A and D and the occasional glass of cream sherry, Gilsenan denied having any aging secrets. "I have none, and I wouldn't give them away because I wouldn't wish it on anybody," she said. Unlike another recently deceased old-timer, she had no kids.
Age Difference To Blame for Billy Joel's Latest Divorce
Surprise, surprise: 27-year-old Katie Lee wanted to go out on the town more than her 60-year-old husband Billy Joel. Following the couple's divorce announcement, the NY Post spoke to sources close to the couple, who told the paper, "It really was just an age thing. She loves the city, she loves to go out and have fun and he prefers to stay at home. The age difference didn't seem to be a big deal seven years ago [when they met], but it has become one as they got older. They just grew apart." Meanwhile, she's been locking arms with designer Yigal Azrouel all over town, as Joel prefers to stay close to home with his motorcycles and yachts. As for the money, there's allegedly an ironclad prenuptial agreement, though Katie Lee will likely get the couple's Greenwich Village townhouse, which Joel bought for $5.9 million just a few years ago. Joel's daughter Alexa Ray, just 4 years younger than his soon-to-be-ex-wife, told People she saw it coming, "I have a pretty good woman's intuition, so I could tell."
