Yesterday afternoon, employees working at 232 Madison Avenue were told to lock themselves in their offices, because police were searching for an armed man in the building--apparently a doorman had seen a man with a gun enter the building. A suspect was found in a bathroom and taken into custody, but WNBC reports the police didn't immediately find the weapon.
