  From what I've heard. This sounds like it is for the best. I'm no fan of the Cabaret Laws, but Studio B was breaking a lot more laws than that and flaunting it. So, good riddance....

  Well, in this case Studio B moved into an essentially residential neighborhood. A residential neighborhood did not just build around Studio B. So the argument that people should be able to take the noise of NYC just doesn't hold water...
