  Having taste buds ethnically predisposed to Russian-style-ravioli, I'd recommend to visit Cafe Glechik over Varenichnaya. If you're in that neighborhood anyway and you want vareniki or pelmeni, Glechik is THE PLACE. And it has more of ethnic flare over Varenichnaya....
