We've stolen this post's title from the best email subject line we've gotten this year. According to Rogers Cadenhead's Workbench blog, us that the governor is working to gain control of the eliotspitzer.com and eliotspitzer.org domain names. Who had them? A NJ businessman named Eric Keller, who seemed to use the domains to direct traffic to one of his candy businesses. If technology can see into the future, then the future is clearly Vegas for Coney Island. Gowanus Lounge looks at the new Coney Island website launched by Thor Equities' PR firm to trumpet the New Coney Island: THE FUTURE OF CONEY ISLAND. GL notes, "The site focuses on new amusements, job opportunities, community and retail opportunities. Wednesday night, WNBC invited a bunch of bloggers to its first NYC Blogger Summit. Why? As Anil Dash put it, to "engage bloggers and encourage them to provide information and resources to the station's news-gathering efforts, in exchange for credit and exposure."
