After the hearing the crazy voicemail Alec Baldwin left for his daughter, it's nice to hear some refreshing news about him. It looks like Rosie O'Donnell is leaving daytime television yet again. No, it's not because of her attempts to speak Chinese, but because of contract issues. How mundane. TMZ first reported last night that O'Donnell, the co-host and moderator of ABC's morning talk-show, was set to announce her departure from the show. As the Virginia Tech story broke last Monday, cable news, as always, took the lead with their normal oversaturated speculative coverage transferring the energy and resources normally reserved for non-story stories like the Anna Nicole Smith saga into covering a real story. Vice TV has put together a little show about Brooklyn, more specifically Williamsburg. The first part (of six) is below, and pretty much states what we all already know: people moved from Manhattan to Williamsburg and now it's expensive. If you tuned into WNBC last night at 10 p.m. you may have discovered that NBC’s The Black Donnellys has been canceled and in its place the supposedly funny Thank God You're Here. Fox News Channel blowhard Bill O'Reilly and fellow Foxie Geraldo Rivera were in a heated argument on last night's edition of The O'Reilly Factor. This past Sunday night at the 50th Annual New York Emmys, WNBC was the big winner with 13 awards.
