Photos: Incredible Poses From This Weekend's Yoga Championship
This weekend some very flexible folks took over the Hudson Theatre on West 44th Street for the NY Regional Yoga Championship. The competition—hosted by USA Yoga—promoted all styles of yoga, and featured over 140 competitors who were judged on technical execution, level of difficulty, poise and composure, and grace of movement. Considering yoga means "union" it seems a little weird to have a divisive yoga competition, but whatever, check out these rock hard abs!
