Carolyn Taylor, the 36-year-old mom who was busted on a shoplifting spree with her 11-year-old son last March, will not be going to jail. Yesterday the Fagin-mama was sentenced to five years of probation after she pleaded guilty to charges of grand larceny and endangering the welfare of her child.

Taylor, you'll recall, is an 11-time arrestee who was caught on camera last year with her boy using hand signals to shoplift from the Always Love pharmacy on West 72nd Street. They were also allegedly seen stealing a wallet from a stroller at a Gap on West 67th Street. Though initially prosecutors charged Taylor and her son, they eventually dropped the charges against the minor.

Taylor—who famously promised, but didn't deliver, reporters last year that, "Next time, I'm coming back here with a thousand Muslims and kick your ass!"—is now in counseling. Her son, meanwhile, remains with his grandmother who he was placed with after he and his mother were arrested.
