Video Exclusive: Girl Walk // All Day, Chapter 4 (Featuring Dancing On The Wall Street Bull!)

We're back with another chapter to premiere from the Girl Walk // All Day film. By now you are probably well acquainted with the troupe of dancers making their way around New York City. In this chapter, they bring their moves to the High Line, and atop the Wall Street Bull!

We'll be back next Tuesday with Chapter 5. Previously: Chapter 1, Chapter 2, Chapter 3.

Girl Walk // All Day is a production by Wild Combination.

I love the technical prowess of the male dancers. Her amateurism is not endearing--she spoils the video.

I don't care how much my kid gets beaten, he's learning to tap.

Actually, after checking the four vids for most of the day, I have to imagine her "free form" is what they wanted for her part?  Shit, I don't know dance, and while she isn't as tech as the other two dancers, I can't say I don't enjoy what she does.

but you gotta admit, she's got a great ass.

  • Only bummer about this video is that you can't hear his tapping. Would love to see a version that has that in the audio mix. Also, what's up with this not being up on their Vimeo channel yet? Meh.

Here's your guide to the video!  http://mashupbreakdown.com (apologies if this is a repost)

This is how I want to get everywhere, all the time. I'm just shamed into nodding my head instead. Thanks society.

I feel bad for anyone who can't have fun watching this movie. Glad I don't have your issues. This rules.

Also feel bad for anyone using the word "hipster" and meaning it.

i like her in this video, i think she made it herself  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...

  • what a life, to be compelled to do this.

i think its the fact that, an inescapable aspect of this thing is that the whole time it features people watching the dancers while going about their lives so it lends this unfair "look how sassy and free this girl is compared to everyone else"

  • This is all because of this generation's obsession with Manic Pixie Girls, imitating their behavior and intentional awkwardness that is too calculated to be really quirky.  It really is "oh look here's our life muse to teach us how stop worrying and live and just be free spirited like her"

  • Tim Fraser

Huh that's a really good explanation. Too bad it doesn't explain why I still watched Part 6 twice despite that girl not appearing in it once.

Why don't you trade in your cynicism for some original ideas, jackass?
