Female Cops Accuse Supervisor Of Sexual Harassment

Two female NYPD officers are accusing a supervisor of sexual harassment at the 103rd precinct in Jamaica, Queens. CBS2 reports that the two officers, whose identities have not been disclosed, say the supervisor, Lt. Jason Margolis, is married with kids, and "is known around the precinct for hitting on female subordinates." One of the unidentified officers says, "He’s asked me several times to go to his home. He’s also asked was I interested in white men or is it because he’s married that I wouldn’t go out with him." Of course, it didn't (allegedly!) end there.

One of the officers has filed a discrimination complaint with the NYS Division of Human Rights, and she says Margolis told her "that, if I learned how to play the game — meaning, if I accepted his advances, sexual advances towards me — then most of my problems would go away." She says she's faced retaliation after reporting the harassment to Internal Affairs, and her attorney tells CBS2, "Unfortunately they’re in the position where, if they say ‘no,’ to a supervisor’s orders, to a lieutenant’s orders, they can be automatically suspended." NYPD spokesman Paul Browne says the complaints are being investigated, but in the meantime one of the cops says, "Something has to be done. I don’t want to go back to work."

Previously on NYPD Perv, an NYPD deputy chief was accused of sexually harassing a detective by utilizing the raw sexual energy of the Twilight saga in a series of text messages, an NYPD officer in charge of mentoring teens was arrested for allegedly carrying on a romantic relationship with a 15-year-old girl, and an NYPD sergeant accused his male Transit Bureau of unwanted sexual advances while on train patrols. Well, it DOES get very lonely in those tunnels.

OMG! There is NOTHING like having a sexual experience with a partner one had to coerce! So no one on the job- can get fresh anymore without having it made into a court case of some kind!
So let's see. . . OK- How 'bout this? -Take the offending party out to the courtyard and have him face a firing-squad of the persons he has offended! Then, take the dead body to an animal butcher to be dismembered into small bite-sized piece which are then taken over to the NYC Aquarium so that these can be fed to the Sharks. . . -by the offended parties. . . then- after the Sharks defecate, take their defecation and place it in a cardboard box usually used to package condoms- and present it, tied with a black ribbon- to the family of the offending individual involved. . .
Oh yes, one more thing. . . make the family 'sign' a receipt for it and give this document; so validated- to the offended complainant! This procedure should square things- shouldn't it?! Sheesh!

However, the 'payout' is a matter for Civil Court. . . I was just touching on the Criminal aspect of this heinous crime!

If the civil lawyer for the plaintiff has any smarts- he/she will ask the plaintiff to show up in court carrying the cardboard box containing the defecated remains of the offender. . . and a large box of Kleenex tissues!!
