Dress Up Like A Farm, Get A $2 "BOO-rito" From Chipotle

oct21boorito2.jpg Normally, Chipotle celebrates Halloween by just inviting people to dress up in tinfoil like a burrito, but this year, as part of their big push to highlight locally-sourced ingredients, the chain is asking people to dress up like a farm instead. Your reward? A $2 "BOO-rito" and the chance to win $2,500.

Well, okay, it doesn't have to be a farm per se, but it does have to be "inspired by" a family farm: "Think crops, farm tools, tractors, silos, or farm animals," writes the helpful Chipotle website. Anyone who shows up looking like an onion or whatever gets a burrito, bowl, salad or tacos for two bucks, and if your onion is truly exceptional, consider entering the costume contest, where you can win cash money or a "burrito party."

The BOO-rito promo runs tonight from 6 p.m. to close at all participating Chipotles. The company will be donating proceeds to The Chipotle Cultivate Foundation and Farm Aid, and if you're really lucky, Willie Nelson might sing another song about it.
