An 18-year-old died after being stabbed in the leg at his family's Upper West Side apartment. Police arrived at the home at the Wise Towers housing project on West 92nd Street after receiving numerous calls about a stabbing around 11 p.m. last night. The teen, Sean Hines, was dead when they arrived and his mother and stepfather were taken into custody.

According to the Post, "One neighbor said Hines’ mom ran from the apartment and said her daughter spotted the mom running down the stairs with blood all over her." The neighbor said, "She gutted him like a fish." But apparently the mother also screamed, "That’s my last son!” and "My husband did that. I didn’t do nothing. He killed my son!"

Police are still investigating and another neighbor told WCBS 2, "I have never seen [the victim] get into trouble. I have never seen this child in trouble since he moved here."

  • maybe this is why it took the cops nearly a half hour to show up when we called them last night because of a street altercation nearby
