Time to recall the disturbing story of the kindergartner from Queens whose mom claims he was sodomized by a gang of 6 and 7-year-olds in a school bathroom last year. The boy's 31-year-old mother, Yenny Valero, is now suing the city for $10 million dollars.

Valero claims that last June her boy was pulled into his then school's bathroom (he's since transfered) by four boys, all 6 or 7, who then "removed his pants and inserted at least one finger into his anus. The young victim, who wears ankle braces because of balance issues, suffered physical injuries and posttraumatic stress disorder," according to the filing. And she says it has not gotten better for the boy: "My son still can't sleep and he is very anxious, even though he is going to therapy," she recently told the News.

Meanwhile the DOE continues to say that it is unable to prove the attack occurred and the NYPD reportedly dropped the case "because of the young age of the children involved." The city's corporation counsel has declined to comment on the case.
