Staten Island Baby Shot In Face Is In Stable Condition

A two-year-old Staten Island baby girl who was shot in the face earlier today is miraculously in stable condition at Richmond University Medical Center. According to the NYPD, the girl was shot around 1:35 p.m. in the courtyard of an apartment complex at 55 Holland Avenue in the Mariners Harbor located in the 120th Precinct. "The baby had blood all over her face," a witness told SI Live, "They didn't even wait for an ambulance. They took her in a car."

Police are looking for the suspects—two black males, one wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, and the other in a red baseball hat, and reportedly pulled over two men in a SUV on the West Shore Expressway that matched the description. However, no arrests have been reported.
