Rudy Giuliani, who's been busy hosting AMC's Mob Week, visited Jimmy Fallon last night and waxed poetic about the good old days of the '80s, when he could just cruise up to Washington Heights and buy crack from his car, "like a McDonald's." Wait, what!?
