Anthony Weiner "Can't Say With Certitude" If Crotch Is His

So maybe Anthony Weiner's wiener is that big? When asked earlier today by Luke Russert if the photo of a man's crotch sent from his Twitter account was his, he replied "You know, I can’t say with certitude.” He had to bring certitude into it? Don't most men know a) what their underwear looks like and b) when their engorged junk has been photographed?

Weiner continued by explaining “My system was hacked, pictures can be manipulated, dropped in and inserted. One reason I asked a firm to look at what the heck happened here … is to see maybe something was manipulated, maybe something was dropped in.”

The married Congressman continues to say he was hacked though. “We don’t know for sure what happened here,” Weiner added. “But let’s try to take a step back. This is a circumstance where someone committed a prank on the Internet, spoofed me, made fun of me, whatever. We’re taking it seriously in as much we want to make sure it doesn’t happen again.”

This is so bizarre. The Daily Kos explanation of the supposed hoax seemed to make sense, but why is Weiner being so weird about it?

I was actually willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. No way he'd be that dumb, I thought. That is, until he started talking and seemed to confirm that the photo was indeed him.

If the photo IS him and he did NOT send it himself, it means at least one of his computers was hacked, not just his Twitter account. That would be an extremely serious security breach. Considering the number of committees he is on there is likely some very sensitive and/or classified info on his computers that any number of crooked businessmen, foreign intelligence and terrorists would benefit from. How could he not want to involve law enforcement?

There's only one explanation: He sent it on purpose. My theory is he meant to DM it to this girl and he accidentally posted it publicly.

It's also possible that s full length picture of him was taken of him in his underwear...why knows why...he may not even have been aware that he was being photographed until it was done....and the picture was cropped to make it look like someone was focusing on a specific region. That's what he may have meant by manipulating. Not a guy, but how many guys have been photographed in their underwear at one time or another? You tell me.
