Weinergate: Crotch-Shot Target Doesn't Know Weiner

The "Weiner shot" tweeted 'round the web this weekend continues to be a headache for Anthony Weiner, but at least, for him, the recipient of the underwear photo has come out to say that she too thinks the married Congressman's Twitter account was messed with. "I have never met Congressman Weiner, though I am a fan," she wrote in a statement to the Daily News.

Gennette Nicole Cordova, who the now-deleted yfrog photo in question was directed to in the first place, recounted for the tabloid how she initially didn't think much of the photo, having been harassed repeatedly recently. But then it got picked up, things went nuts and suddenly she was spending her Memorial Day weekend being "labeled as the 'Femme Fatale of Weinergate,' 'Anthony Weiner's 21-year-old coed mistress' and 'the self-proclaimed girlfriend of Anthony Weiner.' So let her clarify:

I am a 21-year-old college student from Seattle. I have never met Congressman Weiner, though I am a fan. I go to school in Bellingham where I spend all of my time; I've never been to New York or to DC. The point I am trying to make is that, contrary to the impression that I apparently gave from my tweet, I am not his girlfriend. Nor am I the wife, girlfriend or mistress of Barack Obama, Ray Allen or Cristiano Ronaldo, despite the fact that I have made similar assertions about them via Twitter.
There have never been any inappropriate exchanges between Anthony Weiner and myself, including the tweet/picture in question, which had apparently been deleted before it reached me. I cannot answer the questions that I do not have the answers to. I am not sure whether or not this letter will alleviate any future harassment. I also do not have a clear understanding as to how or why exactly I am involved in this fiasco. I do know that my life has been seriously impacted by speculation and faulty allegations. My reputation has been called into question by those who lack the character to report the facts.

Whatever Cordova says, critics seem to have already made up their mind about the brewing maybe scandal (The Post reports that, according to unnamed "Washington Insiders," wonks there are "skeptical of Weiner's hacking story and questioned the lack of a police report about a crime as serious as Internet identity theft."). Meanwhile, Weiner's camp is sticking to its guns that this is a nonissue. His rep, Dave Arnold, has been making the rounds to emphasize their position, namely that "this is intended to be a distraction, and we're not going to let it become one. Anthony's accounts were obviously hacked. He doesn't know the person named by the hacker, and we will be consulting on what steps to take next."

Whenever someone in politics describes something as a "distraction", it means that they are avoiding the subject.  Hmmmmm.

He's got AIPAC on his side; not guilty.

AIPAC is committed to Jews the way Lil Anthony is; they both prefer sleeping with muslims.

The fun will come when Huma does what any good jihadi wife does when she finds out her husband is cheating on her AND that he doesn't have the jihadi "backbone" to beat her up.

    BOBBIT TIME.

When is this Breitbart character going to be buried under lawsuits? He is engaging in the most malicious kind of libel imaginable and seems to be getting away with it.

You know what's scarier than anything this ass-wipe says? The people that support him and his jingoistic tirades. I never knew Alcoa had that much tin-foil to spread around.
