Mets 6 Washington 3: The Mets exploded for four runs in the 9th to earn their sixth-straight win. After loading the bases with no outs, New York scored two runs on the first two outs of the innings. Daniel Murphy then broke things open with a two-run double and K-Rod came on in the 9th to earn his 6th save of the year.

Yankees 3 Chicago 1: Raise your hand if you had Bartolo Colon penciled in for more wins than CC Sabathia at any point this season. Colon continued his remarkable comeback with eight stellar innings of pitching to earn his second win of the season. He struck out six and allowed seven hits as he made Robinson Cano's first inning, three-run homer stand up. Mariano Rivera pitched the 9th for his 8th save.

Looky looky, the Mets are winning games!

No doubt they will still continue to disappoint us.
