Intense Video Shows Murder Suspect Shooting At Victim
The police have released video of a suspect in a fatal Brooklyn shooting. And the video (below) is pretty explicit: Surveillance footage shows a man following 18-year-old Andre Pitts out of an elevator on Sunday evening and then shooting at him. Video from another camera outside clearly shows his face.
The shooting occurred at 230 Lott Avenue at 7:30 p.m. According to WCBS 2, "Police described the shooting suspect as a male in his 20s and 5-foot-8. He was last seen wearing a black jacket with a green hood, which had green, white and red stripes on the sleeves. He was also wearing a black doo-rag and red sneakers."

And we still don't want to have cameras around... If there was no camera outside (the thug didn't know it) I don't think anyone would have been able to identify him. This is why you never (or at least try not to) turn your back to people you don't know. Especially if it is a sob like the one in the video with hood over his head in an elevator. So, still against death penalty? Yes, I am, but against the "humane" one, hang them high!

There's a good reason people don't want cameras everywhere, but that's another issue entirely. Even with that camera, this thug may never be brought to justice. It's like people that live in his neighborhood will be jumping over themselves to turn him in.
Rocknrope
The embedded vid doesn't work, but the video works from the Daily News site. Pretty rough, the vic didn't know what hit him. Clearly a paid hit. Not the brightest assassin, though. He's not even wearing sunglasses.
Gwinny
Once he's identified, his mom is sure to step forth telling the media what a good boy he is, of course.
