Former Jets in-house sideline cheerleader Jenn Sterger missed out on her opportunity to sue retired sexting legend Brett Favre for sexual harassment during the whole nude penis photos scandal last fall. But at least she'll get to sue somebody: Sterger has filed a lawsuit against her manager Phil Reese for the return of "Sterger Materials" that were to be used in a tell-all about the Favre pecker incident.

According to the lawsuit, Sterger gave the materials, which allegedly include all the text messages, emails and voicemails from Favre, to Reese while they were working together "regarding potential legal issues arising from the Favre story." The lawsuit hinges on an agreement between Sterger and Reese which they signed in January, for the purpose of forming a corporation, Game of Inches LLC (oh penis puns), whose sole purpose was the pursuit of "economic opportunities relating to Jenn Sterger, including but not limited to, the publication of a book regarding her dealings with Brett Favre and the National Football league."

Now, Sterger doesn't seem to want to work with Reese anymore, but he refuses to give up the materials. She states that she has decided to not write a tell-all, but it seems that Reese has made it clear to her that he will continue with his plan to pursue his own book deal. Meanwhile, Favre, who made $16 million last season during arguably his worst year in the NFL, has "officially" retired once and for all from professional football, and is almost definitely sitting on his couch at home stuffing his face with a bag of potato chips.
