Jewish Day Camp Counselor Accused Of Molesting Camper

It's never a good thing when a young witness identifies a photo as, "Uncle Joe, bad person." Joseph Passof, the head counselor at the Flatbush Park Day Camp, is accused of molesting a 5-year-old boy in the bathroom at summer camp last summer. He was arrested Wednesday and pleaded not guilty yesterday, and lawyer Jay Cohen says that diabetes and high blood pressure has rendered Passof impotent.

Passof claims that he had actually walked in on two young boys "experimenting" in the bathroom, but that one parent accused him of molestation because he had chastised her earlier. He says he yelled at the boys to pull their pants up, and denied any abuse. He has been ordered held on $50,000 bail or bond.

Doesn't seem to be a lot of evidence in this case.
