PS 22 Chorus to Mean Andy Cohen: "We're Little Kids!"

cohencartoon0311.jpg After Bravo's Andy Cohen (pictured here as a cartoon) railed against the PS 22 chorus's performance at the Oscars yesterday, seemingly all of America has turned against him. He's been sending one-off apologies to a few people on Twitter, but where's his apology to the 10-year-old kids he insulted on national television?

One of those kids, Abigail Sarfo, told the NY Post, "He's so mean! He should stop being so mean to us—we're little kids!" One of her classmates warned, "Nobody says bad stuff about the chorus. He's gonna get a piece of me!"

To recap: Cohen criticized the kids on MSNBC yesterday during his Oscar wrap-up, saying (amongst other things): "It was the worst. I was looking for a knife to stick in my eyes, it was so terrible." (Last month he apologized to Heidi Montag after a similar insult.) At any rate, we have a feeling the Staten Island Advance isn't going to rest until he's taken the ferry over to their part of the city.

    They are consistantly awful.

Don't feel bad kids, this is the man that has made celebrities out of the the Real Housewives. He knows nothing about good taste.

Uh, uh, nope, sorry kids, but you dared to sing the ultimate "Friend of Dorothy" song, the one Dorothy sung herself(!), and you blew it. It's like putting a squirming baby who's just bathed in meat juices in front of a pitbull. Age has NOTHING to do with it. Either *bring it* or GTFO.

Why do kids get a bye when they suck? Not that it wasn't a bit of douchery for Cohen to say what he did -- he must have forgotten that he wasn't just sitting around with his smarmy pals making snarky remarks.

Because they're kids. Do you really not understand that?
