Welcome to the Lunch Quadrant, where we offer you four lunch options (two standing, two sitting) by a given subway stop. After a heading down to to Chambers Street last week we head back up the West side today to look at some lunching spots around the 23rd and Eighth A/C/E stop (we'll head East in a later edition). The options here aren't particularly fancy, but none of these restaurants will leave you hungry afterwards.
