Ladies love James Franco. Being a straight dude, I can see why. Homeboy is intelligent, but not uptight. Has James Dean squinty coolness, but with goofy good humor grin. Rich and famous, but not "hollywood" & gaudy.

He's like every east coast girl's dreamboat.
