[UPDATE] Oh No! Pup Caught In Revolving Door!

2011_02_caroline.jpg We just received news of an "Unusual Incident" on 60 West 23rd Street (home of "The Caroline" apartments), where "ESU req to scene for a dog stuck in a revolving door." Poor puppy! We hope the dog is removed safely, and isn't due to perform at the Westminster Kennel Club show later today.

[UPDATE] Witness Kevin Veloso tells us, "The dog didn't look fine. Feces around the door. I only passed by the scene for a minute. Dog wasn't moving. :("

I am thinking now of the Bahais in Iran, those who have close relatives members imprisoned or put to death solely because they are Bahais

    Roll-up Doors

I'm not sure how but, since this is a Gothamist article, Bloomberg and the NYPD are to blame.

and nobody cares about the victim because he's not white -- it's a dog.

  • What about bicyclists? And Pedro Espada Jr.?

a murderous killing, another murderous stabbing, and yet another murderous killing... OH NO, A POOR POOR PUPPY! ...a violent carjacking, a murderous hit-and-run, and yet another violent stabbing...

So no one is allowed to feel bad for a puppy?

I hope for the pup's sake that he's okay, but as a dog owner, I can easily see this happening (and being quite humorous, if the dog isn't injured). Dogs just don't understand the concept.

  • That's why you don't let a dog navigate a revolving door by itself.

Unless the dog was a stray, it had an owner. And the owner was negligent.
