McMillan/Gingrich In 2012?

020111jimmy.jpg Now that Jimmy McMillan is planning to run for President as a damn Republican, he's considering his choices for VP running mates. And he certainly has his priorities straight! He said of possible choice Newt Gingrich, "[He] has been there before. He is a good liar." The interview only unravels from there.

He said that second choice Mitt Romney is a "good looking guy. It'll keep the ladies from looking at me with Mitt Romney." He then goes on to bash Bloomberg ("Why does he want to be the mayor? Why does he want to marry? You married the people. Feed the people!"), crush on Sarah Palin ("Love her. Constitution. American citizen. Exercising the right to privacy. Free speech.") and why he said he was coming after Obama's "black ass," ("The logo for the Democratic Party is a donkey. You call him a donkey or an ass. So, it makes sense for me to say, as a karate expert.").

McMillan got around 40,000 votes in the governor race, so it's unlikely that the Palin-loving-karate-expert would actually make it to the white house even if Newt Gingrich were on board. But let's just say this interview may have brought our love affair with Jimmy McMillan to a close. At least when it comes to politics, because we'd still totally follow him on tour.

How does he not have his own reality TV show yet? I might actually watch it if I had cable.
