Cops today busted the unlicensed 36-year-old for allegedly running a plastic surgery outfit out of her Inwood Avenue apartment for almost two years after officials noticed she'd received a large number of packages of "a silicone substance" from her native Dominican Republic. Neighbors hadn't noticed anything suspicious about Castillo, except that "a lot of really good looking ladies" could be seen coming and going. So at least the work was good?
