Jake Gyllenhaal Spotted On The Q Train

gyll0111.jpg

Not to be outdone by Catherine Zeta-Jones, famous person Jake Gyllenhaal took the subway with the regular people last night. This is him on the Q train, standing in such a way that it's like he knows someone is armed with a camera phone nearby. Also, he is wearing sunglasses, underground, on the subway, at night. Maybe covering up his tears?

  • Mr. Know-It-All

In about a 1-hour period one day last spring, I saw David Duchovny on 5th Ave. at 34th St.; Philip Seymour Hoffman at Eisenburg's Sandwich Shop; and Michael Urie near the Flatiron Building. I haven't seen anyone more celebrated than Andres Serrano (shopping for books) since.

Oh my. It's almost enough to keep you from ever entering another gay bar. Almost.

Couldn't someone have the decency to get up and give him their seat? What is wrong with this city.

Also, would something like this ever happen in LA?

    No.

  • Reasonably sure I saw him talking on his phone on thompson street a week or two ago. Just south of Bleecker. My dog was taking a leak and he wouldn't stop staring at the Prince of Persia. Awkward for everyone.

  • Just Me

What's up with celebrities lately taking the train?

  • his sister lives in park slope, no?
