Why Doesn't Bill Murray Ever Just Drop By Where We Are?
Everyone's favorite Ghostbuster (sorry Aykroyd) Bill Murray has long had a penchent for popping up in unexpected places. And it seems he's done it again. The Chive has a report from a recent karaoke night at Karaoke One 7 when, wouldn't you know it, Bill Murray walked in and hung around for nearly four hours:
Seems Bill and a female friend from Amsterdam took the group up on their random invitation to join them: "We tried not to make him feel uncomfortable though of course later we all joked about picking the Ghostbusters theme. Amazingly, they stuck around the entire night, about 4 hours. As you can imagine it was all pretty surreal. Something I will never ever forget Viva Bill Murray!""
Wait, they were karaokeing with Bill Murray and nobody made a reference to Lost in Translation?

I had some friends in this group, totally legit. And it happened about a year ago, so it's a little late but still awesome.

I think if they actually geeked out and sang More than This and Brass in Pocket, Bill would have left pretty quickly to find some other random crew to sing with.
Good for you, Bill Murray. Just be careful of this cool "hang out with the folks" attitude when the zombie apocalypse comes. I've got a bad feeling about that.

Isn't chive fake? They did the whole white board hopa quitting hoax thing.
Bill Murray rules. A friend of mine has a similar story involving meeting him on a flight and then joining him at a WuTang related show in Texas. Viva Bill!
