You know what ex-boyfriends are good for? Selling naked photos of you to Playboy after you're unmasked as a Russian spy and deported from the United States. Anna Chapman became infamous as the "sexy," if not very good, spy—her cover: NYC party girl— attempting to gain access to American secrets, thanks to some fetching Facebook pictures and is now basically a national hero in Russia (she is heading up the youth wing of Vladimir Putin's party). Now, Playboy is publishing nude photographs of the 28-year-old in its January issue.

According to the Daily News, "It was suggested several months ago that the 28-year-old would appear nude in Playboy. However, the sexy spook did not pose for the publication. The naked pictures are from an ex-boyfriend and were part of a batch of nude photos which appeared online in July." Her ex-husband also offered up naked pictures of Chapman last summer.

In an interview with the Russian edition of Maxim (where she wore lingerie), Chapman said, "Most men are divided in three categories: primitive, those that only want sex; smarter, those that want to be loved, and [the] last group -- those that not only want to be loved, they also need that this love will be the biggest and most amazing feeling in your life."

It should trouble us that this lady and her comrades were exchanged so suddenly after their arrest. There was barely time to debrief them. I think the FBI and the State Department should explain why such a speedy exchange was made. Is it possible that, perhaps, one of these spies had already penetrated an influential element of government (or might embarass some politician in a close election year)?

Going forward, I think there should be an entirely independent panel of intelligence specialists, senior officials, and common citizens who should vote whether to approve these spy exchanges.

As it is, we are leaving far too much to the discretion of the Administration, of either party, which may be approving prisoner exchanges simply to get evidence against them out of the jurisdiction.

I would certainly welcome the opportunity to personally debrief Ms. Ivana Humpalot, and penetrate her 'element'!
