Rangers 4 Phoenix 3 (Shootout) New York is perfecting the art of the comeback. Two nights after stunning Pittsburgh with a four-goal third period, the Rangers erased deficits of 2-0 and 3-1 to beat the Coyotes. Derek Stepan tied things up at 3 in the third and Erik Christensen scored the only goal of the shootout to make a winner out of Marty Biron.

Islanders 3 Anaheim 2: The Islanders earned their first points in almost three weeks. Rick DiPietro made 30 saves and New York scored three goals in the first period before holding on for a rare win.

Nets 97 Washington 89
: The Nets broke an eight-game losing streak. Devin Harris had 29 points and 9 assists while Kris Humphries added 12 points and 17 rebounds.

    Hahaha yeah right, just kidding. Let's go Rangers! They're starting to look like a team this year, although with all the injuries and the line shuffling as a result things could start to fall apart. Happy to have Biron as a backup.
