Plane Diverted After Dog Bites Two On Flight From Newark

2010_11_dogbag.jpg Who let the dog out? Apparently its owner: A US Airways flight headed from Newark to Phoenix made an emergency landing in Pittsburgh after a dog bit two people. According to MyFoxNY, "US Airways spokesman Todd Lehmacher says the flight left Newark, N.J., on Monday morning. Lehmacher says a passenger carrying a dog let the animal out of its carrier and it bit a passenger and flight attendant. The severity of the bites was not known. Lehmacher says the pilot decided to land in Pittsburgh to make sure everyone was OK."

Hey, you can't be too careful. The dog could have had a block of C4 lodged up its ass.

  • It was found that everyone was OK until they were informed they were in pittsburgh. Then each passenger immediately put on 30lbs and only communicated through grunts.

Obviously, the TSA isn't doing it's job in keeping our planes free of terrier attacks.

Exactly. They should have made the dog disembark.
