It does look dry in that dumpling. Where's a good place to get them in Brooklyn?

I'm quite familiar with the soup dumplings in Shanghai and those look perfectly delicious. The outside is dry, the lava hot soup is on the inside (you have to slurp out half of it to take that picture) unlike Joes Shanghai where they break when you look at them and just make a wet mess.
