But unfortunately for K-Rod, his girlfriend's father has decided to sue him over the assault at Citi Field. Carlos Pena, the father, said he has been in and out of doctor's offices to treat injuries to his "head, brain, face, neck and back." He is seeking an unspecified amount in damages for the "extreme and outrageous" beating. If convicted, K-Rod could face two years in jail, or the equivalency of two and a half Mets seasons in hell.
