Law & Order "Superfan" Found Guilty Of Stalking

It took jurors less than five hours long to find "superfan" Charles Nagel guilty of stalking Law and Order: Criminal Intent star Kathryn Erbe. He was found guilty of stalking her over the mail and on the internet, but not guilty of interstate stalking. Nagel probably didn't help his case when he spent five hours on the witness stand earlier this week, pontificating over the nature of his love for Erbe, blaming one of his daughters (who are both named after Batman characters) for doctoring a Facebook photo of Erbe's daughter, and sharing his sexual fantasies involving McDonald's cheeseburgers.

No, not really. If you look at Ms. Erbe, she has a record of being a very private person. Hell, no one knew about her divorce until quite a ways after the fact. There are certain things that come with being famous, I do agree. However, that does not make Chaz Rose right in his doings. The man is criminal. He has a prior conviction from 1996, a sexual offense. This man is a sex offender, a pedophile, if you will. So yeah, I can understand her terror when this man approached her underage daughter and then harassed her and her family. That is most definitely out of bounds. And thinking he has a right to touch her is absurd. He is not her lover, he knows her public persona and, by STALKING her, he has her personal information. That is unacceptable. Just because you don't particularly care for someone doesn't mean that they deserve to have their life put in danger and turned up on its head. And yes, that IS the case, because when people like Nagel become angry, they become violent. Look at his comments about "knowing where they were filming" when she didn't respond to him.

I guess you're just a useless twat. Being stalked and harassed has NOTHING to do with someone's ego. She is a single woman with two kinds and this piece of shit terrorized her and her family. How would you like living in constant fear not only for your own life, but that of your family. Why don't you climb back under a rock where you belong. Your opinions on her looks and acting are your own, but NO ONE EVER DESERVES TO BE PUT THROUGH WHAT SHE WAS. PERIOD.
