Cynthia Carter of Long Island has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child and criminal facilitation after bringing four children (it's unclear what the relationship is) to a drug deal with her friend Tamisha Kilpatrick on September 14th. Police say Kipatrick "was observed" selling crack while the children waited in the car. Well, yeah, someone had to be the lookout.
