Manhattan prosecutors say that one of the men suspected of killing a Pace University student also beat a witness. Max Moreno, an apparent drug dealer, was fatally shot after refusing to hand over money; at Raymond Rizzo's arraignment, prosecutor Cynthia Sittnick said Rizzo (pictured) beat a witness trying to escape, saying, "he was going to die." She also said suspect Randy Colon, who was arrested in Pennsylvania, was the one who pulled the trigger. Rizzo faces charges including murder, assault and burglary; his lawyer said, "If he was there, for argument’s sake, to buy weed, and he had no knowledge of what was about to go down, he’s not on the hook."
