Crazy Yankees Fan Ran On Field For Cameron Diaz's Honor

At the top of the fifth inning of Monday's Yankees game against Texas, a crazed fan took to the field (video below) in an attempt to confront A-Rod about his relationship with actress Cameron Diaz. Grim LeRogue (née Joe Rogan, but why would you stick with a name like that when you could be Grim LeRogue?) was carrying a picture of Diaz that said "We will be together soon," and one of A-Rod with an X scrawled across his face with the written threat, "You have to go bud, you've ruined too many of our white queens." But those queens were helping his batting average!

LeRogue was tackled by stadium security just feet from the stands, and was charged with assault and interfering with a sporting event. Police found a number of other goodies in his pockets, including a photo of Osama bin Laden with the note, "I will serve you," a photo of Whitney Houston labeled "Whitney bin Laden" with the note, "You will soon be my master's wife," and a photo of Bobby Brown with the note, "You need to be terminated." His mother also says the 33-year-old "drank in his day when he was younger," and has recently finished a 700-page novel "about a ninja or something."

So, was it a publicity stunt or true love? His mother says his name change and the stunt were both attempts to get attention for his book, but police say he would not shut up about his "white queen." "He gave a rambling interview that he had an infatuation with Cameron Diaz," one source told the Daily News. "He thought by going out and choking A-Rod he'd be a hero to her." Hey, it worked for Hinckley, right?

Another example of the NYPD's world-class physical training. Even though the guy is handcuffed, three cops have a lot of trouble dragging him off the field. Imagine him going one-on-one against a cop where there's no backup available?

Also, the video doesnt show it but this guy literally only got about 3 steps on the field before he was tackled. One of the worst attempts I've ever seen. Usually the guys run around a little before being taken down or tased but this guy was 3 steps in and then down. Saw the whole thing from the LF bleachers. Hilarious. He was struggling a lot too. Im sure the cops gave it to him in the tunnel.
