ALCS Game 3 Nostalgia Train Leaves Grand Central At 7PM

The Yankees face off with the Texas Rangers for Game 3 of the ALCS tonight. NYC Transit Tweeted about the Nostalgia Train departing tonight, "The Nostalgia Playoff Special is made up of vintage IRT Low Voltage subway cars, dating back to 1917... The Nostalgia Playoff Special departs 42nd St-Grand Central at approx 7:00pm, via express to 161st St."

    I caught one of these last year to a World Series game. It was really cool. But I agree with you. The MTA needs to concentrate on its task at hand. Balancing its budget and providing better service. Its not the time for gimics like this.
